Shipping Policy
Unworn clothing is 100% returnable within 30 days of receiving. Clothing must not have perfumes or cologne's, or smoke smelling to be returned. They need to be returned in original packaging. That means it smells like brand new material or article of clothing so we can resell it. We make it easy to return or exchange items that don't fit or you received and changed your mind.
Reference your Packaging Slip from your order for the correct Return Address. We have several return facilities that serve our customers globally. If you have lost your packaging slip please email us at CustomersRock@ShutUpHangOn.com for help.
Return & Exchange Policy
All you need to do is cover the return postage and we will get this sorted for you! Click here to start your return or exchange process. Just enter your order number, choose the item or items to be returned or exchanged and we will process it within 5 business days and ship in 7 days with tracking information.
