Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Simple unworn clothing must be unworn and smell free. That includes perfumes or colognes or air fresheners. Articles must smell like new material.

You have 15 days to ask for a return and ship back. On your shipping label there will be the return address. Each product will be returned to specific distribution centers so don't toss your receipt. If you do reach out to us on our contact page.

Refunds can take about 7 business days to process. If we need to remake and reship, please allow 10-15 days for you to receive your replacement.

Care instructions are provided on the label of each item. Generally, we recommend following the washing instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your apparel.

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred items, choose your size, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

We take all major credit cards and most digital processing like PayPal to keep everyone safe.

All our transactions are up to standard for secure payments.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its delivery status. Tracking status will range for products and can take 24-48 hours to email you once production is complete.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once the order is in processing.

We offer several shipping options, including standard, expedited. Each product will have its own shipping options and timelines. Delivery times and costs will vary based on your location of where we custom make your awesome SUHO products.

Currently we do not offer international shipping but we will be working on that as well as international distribution.
